We enjoyed our stay at the Odawara Terminal as a family of three. Good room, decent size, comfortable beds, and quiet. Good location, a short walk out of the station, and down a street with lots of restaurants as options. We arrived early and headed up Hakone, and the staff were happy to hold our bags, which they put in our room when it was ready.

The location is what we wanted to transfer between Narita airport and Hakone/Fuji Five Lakes . Nissan car rental is on the other side of the station as the hotel . Toyota is just opposite the hotel. The hotel is near the station . A perfect place to pick up a car if you want to self drive Hakone and Fuji areas . Driving is easy in Japan . Using map code can get you around easily . Not stressful to drive .

Location! location! Location! Clean, comfortable and conveniently located at reasonable price. 3min walk from Odawara station. The rooms are small but it’s perfect for a night stay. It’s very clean. We came early and they gladly store our (way too many) suitcases for free. And bring it all to our room when it was ready. When we came back, after a long day (being a tourist), our suitcases were in our room. That was a great surprise. To all the staff, Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. You are amazing. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful.

The hotel was close to the train station and many resturants. The staff was professional. Useful amenities were provided including hot/cold beverages.

Location is very close to station - 3 minutes walk (left of station exit). WiFi is very fast. Staff are helpful in storing & receiving luggage (shipping service). There’s even free coffee, tea, chocolate, lemon drink at level 2. There’s also a microwave and flat iron board also. Free amenities & loanable umbrellas are available at lobby. Easy access to trains and busses.

Near train station less than 5 minutes walking distance. I could charge my phone using only usb in the bed (for one device). That was great. This hotel also offered all you need from reception, if you forget something like toothbrush and etc. 7-11 is 1 minute walking distance. I had a non-smoking sigle room and it's quite nice and still had space for my luggage.

We wanted to do a day trip to Hakone but also simplify our Shinkansen journey to Hiroshima the following day. So this hotel fitted everything, clean and fresh and a couple of hundred metres from the station in a street full of great restaurants. Inexpensive, convenient and comfortable. A great place to stay and Odawara is a lovely small town to overnight.

Excellent location 3 minutes from the Odawara train station on a quiet street. Small room on par with other hotels. The reception staff do not speak much English but are very polite. We left our luggage in the morning to then do the Hakone loop. When we were back the luggage had been taken to our room. Complimentary tea and coffee on our 2nd floor. Lots of nice places to eat on the street.

Very nice stuff who speaks English! Room was absolutely fine and even though it was a smokers room, it only smelled a little. The street was nice with lots of opportunities to eat.

Great location, easy check-in, very friendly staff, and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Rooms come equipped with a mini fridge, TV, hot water kettle, AC, hair dryer, slippers, toothbrushes, and shampoo/conditioner/soap. And further amenities such as razors, hair ties, combs, etc were also available in the lobby. The bento breakfast we requested and paid for was also very convenient and delicious!
